Welcoming a New Applications Engineer to The Maintecx Team

Jon Lysne brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry to his role at Maintecx. His career began in 2007 as a general laborer and production welder, and over the next 17 years, Jon built a broad and deep skill set across nearly every facet of fabrication. He’s operated and programmed a wide variety of machines—including press brakes, CNC routers, punches, lasers, plasma tables, saws, and robotic welders. He also spent time as a maintenance technician on numerous types of sheet metal equipment. Jon’s leadership and technical expertise led him to a role as a fabrication supervisor before joining the team at Maintecx. His well-rounded background and deep understanding of both machinery and operations make him a key contributor to our continued success.

Outside of work, Jon is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing, and collecting firearms. He also has a passion for investing and loves to cook and grill. Above all, Jon is a dedicated father of three, spending most of his free time with his two daughters and son.
