Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Regional Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of industrial machinery and equipment to customers across specified territory. You will work closely with new and existing clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and help them achieve operational excellence with our products.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Development: Identify and target potential customers in the industrial sector, developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our machinery and equipment to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
Customer Consultation: Understand the unique needs of customers and provide tailored solutions to address their specific requirements.
Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the functionality and advantages of our machinery.
Quotation and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate quotations based on customer specifications and work closely with internal teams to create compelling proposals.
Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales, ensuring timely processing of orders and maximizing profitability.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, providing feedback to the management team on market conditions and customer preferences.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
Proven experience in industrial machinery sales or a related field.
Strong understanding of machinery and equipment specifications and applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a relevant field.
Previous experience in machinery sales is highly desirable.
